Bill Hosner has gained national recognition, recently earning the Gold Medallion while inducted
into the Masters Circle of IAPS in 2005; Best in Pastel Award at the 2005 Carmel
Plein Air Competition, Arts & Antiques’ Emerging Artist Award in 2004; and the 2004
PSA Joseph V. Giffuni Memorial Award.
