HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE CONVENTION
PLEASE READ ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY BEFORE BEGINNING.
STEP ONE
You must register for the convention in order to attend any of the events. Registration includes a number of events while others, such as classes and the Banquet, have an additional charge. Click here to begin the registration process.
PLEASE NOTE: You only need to register once. If, after you've registered, you decide to go back and add another step, skip the registration process. If you complete the check-out and payment process once, then go back and add items later, make sure the original items are no longer in your shopping cart or remove them if they are.
STEP TWO
Select the classes, demonstrations, workshops and other presentations you wish to attend. Click here to view a complete list of class sessions, with descriptions of each, and add each one you want to attend to your cart. The Date and Time Schedule contains a list of just the dates and times of every Convention event, which will help you avoid choosing two classes at the same time. You can also print the downloadable registration form and use that to make all your decisions about classes and optional items, then go through the web pages one time and select the items you want.
STEP THREE
If you wish to attend the Saturday Night Banquet, purchase your ticket by clicking here and adding your ticket with your menu preference to your cart. (A few Banquet tickets may be available on the first day of the convention, but to be certain you have a spot reserved, it's best to purchase in advance.)
STEP FOUR: Check Out
When you have added your registration, your banquet ticket if you wish to purchase one, and all of the classes, workshops and other optional activities to your cart, your final step will be to check out. If you are on the shopping cart page with all your selections, just follow the checkout steps. If you have selected "continue shopping" and then decide not to add anything else to your cart, you can return to the cart by clicking on any "view cart" button.
Please check every item carefully before you complete the check-out process. It is easy when adding things to the cart to accidentally add the wrong item or to add an item twice, so double-check every one. If you want to remove an item, just click on "remove" and it will be removed. If you accidentally have an item in more than once, just change the quantity.
The shopping cart and payment is a PayPal system; your credit card information is provided only to PayPal through its secure site. IAPS does not receive your credit card information, so if you decide at a later date to add another item, you will need to re-enter the credit card information. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use the PayPal system, just a credit card.
When you have completed the process, you will receive an email confirmation from PayPal for your purchases, and be returned to a page on the IAPS web site for further information. If you have any problems, or if you don't receive a confirmation from PayPal within 24 hours, please email Susan Webster (put IAPS in the subject line).
ADDING CLASSES AFTER REGISTRATION
If you decide at a later date (after registering and selecting your classes and optional items) to add a class, you can do this online. Simply skip the “sign up for the convention” step and select and pay for your class. Do not pay the registration fee again; your new items will be added to your existing registration and classes. If you've mailed in your registration and wish to add a class at a later date, send an email to Susan Webster with “IAPS registration” in the subject line.
MAIL IN REGISTRATION
If you prefer not to pay for your tickets online, click here for a mail-in registration form. Please keep in mind that online registration is immediate, so if you mail in your registration, a class you have selected may have filled during the time it takes for the mail to be delivered.

SPOUSE OR COMPANION REGISTRATION
Spouses or companions accompanying artists to the convention who wish to attend the included events (welcome buffet, paint-around) or the banquet must register separately.
